Sierra Nielsen is a speaker, entrepreneur and transformation coach.
As a well-known entertainment executive, she had produced 3 movies before she turned 28 and was executive producer of 2 notable movies with an A-roster celebrity clientele with the likes of Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Anniston and even Harry Potter himself (Daniel Radcliffe). Sierra also holds a degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University where she graduated with honors. But that’s just the beginning.
After unexpectedly losing her mother to cancer, and getting trapped in the story of being unworthy, Sierra understands what it’s like to hit rock bottom and have to fight to find meaning again.
Sierra quit her career as an entertainment exec determined to start over & live a more meaningful life. She knew that, as unfair as it was that her mother’s time here was cut short, that she was still here and that’s what mattered. That she was being given a second chance. Having gone through her own personal transformation after the loss of her mom, she was dedicated to helping others do the same.
Sierra is a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach and meditation specialist as well as the founder of Your Soul Sexy, an online mind body soul program and virtual community that is spreading worldwide.
Sierra has an online following of hundreds of thousands of individuals who tune into her message on emotional resilience, body positivity, inner confidence and personal empowerment. As a popular performance and transformation coach she has been featured in national media including USA Today, Variety and Self Magazine and has worked with anyone from D.C. Politicians and Hollywood Models/Actors to Award Winning Producers and NYT best selling authors.
She now spends her time working with women and speaking across the country sharing her message on cultivating self-worth through embracing what makes you different, tuning out the voice of comparison and using the psychology of self-esteem and the science of personal health to help women overcome feelings of inadequacy so they can live their most beautiful lives physically, mentally and spiritually.
